Six months ago Gotham City was unexpectedly struck. Again.
In an effort to devastate the city, a criminal mastermind set
to work a chain of events that would, inevitably, join together
a group of criminals who would otherwise keep their distance.
A war of sorts, lasting only a three hour span, was unleashed
upon an unsuspecting public. While GCPD raced through the
city trying to keep up with one disaster after another, a well
orchestrated scheme fell into place... unleashing a handful of
well known inmates from Arkham.
The chosen day for this scheme, October 30, caused the media to dub
the events that soon followed as a "Never Ending Halloween".
